Still want to cancel your order? No problem at all! We understand that sometimes things come up that prevent an order or delivery from going through. We have certain guidelines and conditions for canceling orders. Do you have questions about canceling an ongoing order and can't find the answer immediately on this page? Until when is it possible to cancel an order?
Have you agreed on a delivery day with us? Cancellation of already placed orders is free of charge up to 72 (seventy-two) hours prior to the scheduled delivery day, with 08:00 on the day of delivery being the determining time for the latest possible moment of change or cancellation. Is a delivery day not yet known and have you not yet received a shipping confirmation from us? Even then, cancelling your order is still possible.
If the above does not apply to you and you are too late to report the cancellation? Then you are not necessarily stuck with the delivered flooring. You can, after all, return the materials. However, you are always responsible for the costs of return.
How should I communicate my cancellation?
To prevent confusion or possible miscommunication, we ask you to always communicate cancellations by email via klantenservice@solza.nl with the subject "Cancellation order #ordernumber". Please include as much information as possible about the order in this email.
When is cancellation never possible?
Orders for custom-made or personalized products cannot be changed or canceled.
How do you refund money when necessary?
At Solza.nl, we always do our utmost to refund any money you've paid, for example, in case of a return or cancellation, as quickly as possible. After all, everyone wants their money back as soon as possible. We strive for faster, but always do this within the legal 14 days after cancellation or return. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment you used.
