Calculate number of M2 and cutting loss of floors

Je meet elke ruimte apart op en telt die oppervlakten bij elkaar op. Daar tel je het snijverlies bij dat hoort bij je vloersoort en legpatroon: van 7 tot 10% bij recht gelegd werk tot 18 tot 20% bij houten visgraat.

Are you to the point where you want to calculate how many m2s you need to fill the space with the floor of your dreams? Then it is necessary to take into account some elements. For example, calculating the necessary square meters of floor depends on exactly how and where you want the floor to be laid. Are you going to put the floor in multiple space? Then it is desirable to calculate the required number of square meters per space. Do you have a living room of 9m by 4m and a corridor of 1.5 m by 4m? Then you calculate the area per space and add it together. In this case you have a living room of 36m2 and a corridor of 6m2, together so 42m2. However, you are not there yet. Depending on the type of floor, you should also count the percentage of cutting loss (see the overview below per type of floor).

Per ruimte. Meet de lengte en de breedte van elke ruimte apart, vermenigvuldig die met elkaar en tel de uitkomsten bij elkaar op. Een woonkamer van 9 bij 4 meter is 36 m2 en een gang van 1,5 bij 4 meter is 6 m2, samen dus 42 m2.

Dat verschilt per materiaal. Bij visgraat laminaat en visgraat click PVC reken je 15 tot 18%. Bij visgraat en walvisgraat plak PVC is dat 10%, en bij een houten visgraatvloer 18 tot 20%.

Voor recht laminaat, recht click PVC en recht plak PVC reken je 7 tot 10% snijverlies. Voor tegel click PVC en tegel plak PVC is dat 10%.
