"The ideal floor for the entire house"
For this blog, we spoke with Remi Staijen of Vivafloors about this flooring series. According to Remi, the color variation applied to these floors makes the whole unique. "The floors are true to nature because real wooden floors also have a lot of color variation in the planks, and this is also the case with the 7810 floors. In addition, these floors feature a Woud Touch Embossing, making them easy to keep clean," Remi explains. "The 78-series is the ideal floor for the entire house. For example, you can choose herringbone or whalebone pattern downstairs and straight planks upstairs. The 7810 can also be applied to stairs."
Features of these floors
Like any other floor, the Vivafloors 7810 also has a number of unique properties that distinguish these floors from potential alternatives. Below, we delve a little deeper into these properties.
V-groove all around
All floors within the 7810 series feature a subtle groove around the plank. This emphasizes the dimensions of the floorboards. Incidentally, we are not talking about a deep groove where dirt can get stuck, but a micro bevel.
Suitable for underfloor heating
Whichever variant of these floors you choose, they are always suitable for combination with underfloor heating. Due to the low thermal resistance of both the click PVC and glue-down PVC variants, these floors are ideal for achieving optimal efficiency. This makes these floors applicable in almost all conceivable scenarios.
Embossing
The floors within the Vivafloors 7810 series feature a Woud Touch Embossing. For those looking for even more detail and refinement, there is wood touch embossing. 7810 from Vivafloors in click PVC and glue-down PVC
The floors with the 7810 design from Vivafloors are available in no less than 4 (!) different variants and, importantly, available in both click PVC and glue-down PVC.
Glue-down PVC
In glue-down PVC, also sometimes called dryback PVC, most variants of the Vivafloors 7810 series are available. This includes, for example, a glue-down PVC floor with straight planks, a glue-down PVC in herringbone (the traditional size), but also a glue-down PVC in a whalebone pattern (nice and large).
Click PVC
In click PVC, the range is slightly less broad than with glue-down PVC. In click PVC, it is only possible to get the floor in straight planks. The herringbone and whalebone variants are therefore only available in glue-down PVC.

Additionally, the floorboards have a thickness of 2.5 mm, making them ideal for combination with underfloor heating.

Vivafloors 7810 whalebone
Do you want a herringbone pattern floor, but don't want it to be too busy in the room concerned? Then there is also a whalebone variant available. The name whalebone already hints at it, this is a large herringbone floor. The planks of this floor have a larger, especially longer, dimension, meaning fewer "bones" will be in the room. The floor will therefore appear much calmer overall. The length of each plank of this floor is no less than 91.4 cm and the width is 15.2 cm. Additionally, these floorboards have a thickness of 2.5 mm and are ideal for combination with underfloor heating due to their low thermal resistance.
Vivafloors floors always feature a wear layer, also called a top layer, of 0.55 mm. The floors have an extra matte finish and a Woud Touch Embossing.
