Beautiful wooden herringbone parquet flooring from the brand Floer, featuring a rustic Oak look and produced in the Netherlands. During the manufacturing process of this Oak multi-plank flooring at Floer's production facility, high-quality European Oak wood is used to achieve the highest possible quality. Floer is so confident in the quality of these floors that they offer a 15-year factory warranty. Additionally, this Floer parquet floor has a 4.0 mm Oak top layer that can be sanded multiple times for renovation. This herringbone parquet floor from Floer can also be installed floating with an underlayment over underfloor heating. Ideal!

Construction of the herringbone parquet planks

This Floer parquet floor is constructed from different layers. With a thickness of 1.6 cm, this floor has two layers. The bottom layer consists of 12.0 mm thick Russian Birch wood, and the top layer is 4.0 mm Oak wood. These layers are glued crosswise, creating a multi-plank parquet floor that will show little to no movement. This makes this floor also suitable for installing over underfloor heating, for example. The herringbone planks can be produced in width x length dimensions of 12 x 60 cm, 14 x 70 cm, 16 x 80 cm, and 18 x 90 cm.

Custom herringbone parquet floors

Would you prefer a herringbone parquet floor where the dimensions of the herringbone floorboards are different from the standard herringbone floor dimensions mentioned above? No problem at all. Floer produces this parquet floor in the Netherlands entirely on request and to measure. So if you want a different size or perhaps even a different wood grading? Then this is no problem at all. When choosing the right herringbone Oak parquet floor, it is important to consider the structure of the finished floor. Do you prefer a floor that seems to come directly from nature with large lively knots and cracks, or do you prefer a parquet floor with a knot-free Oak structure that looks much calmer? This herringbone parquet floor from the Floer brand is produced in a rustic AB wood grading. This means that the planks of this floor may contain knots and cracks. Of course, these knots and cracks are filled with liquid wood.
